Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at care@stepzen.fit with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. Please contact us if you have questions about specific products.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
